Enter all the required company and personal information.
Proceed To Payment.
Note: Your PayPal account or credit card will be automatically billed each month.
Create a RAQ:
Create your "Job File" by selecting “Add a New Job File”, enter all the required information. Note: This information will appear on every RAQ you create for this project.
Select your "Job File", then enter "RAQ Type" (material, labor or proposal) and "Need Quote By" date.
"Continue" to the next page.
Select your “Category”. Note: Once you've selected your category, you can see who will be receiving your RAQ by selecting "Select List of Recipients". Within this window, you can edit who will receive your RAQ OR enter additional email addresses for anyone else you wish to receive your RAQ.
Select the date that you will need your product, in the “Need by” calendar.
Select how you wish to receive your items by choosing an option in “Distribution”.
Select the item you need a quote for in “Select Item”. NOTE: In this field, you have several ways of entering the item:
Select an item from the auto-populated list.
Select an item from the auto-populated list and then manually modify that information.
Type in the information yourself.
Select the “Quantity” of the Item, and then the related unit (SF, LF, SY, BF, ...)
If you still need to provide additional details, to better describe or define your item, you can enter this information in “Add additional description of item”.
If you wish to add a picture of your item, or a document related to your item, you can include it by selecting “+Add Attachment”.
Continue adding additional items to your RAQ by selecting “+Add More Items”... and repeat Steps 6 thru 9.
Expand the RAQ by adding additional Categories - selecting “Add Another Category”... and repeat Steps 3 thru 10.
When you’re finished creating your RAQ, choose one of the following options:
“Save RAQ” – this option saves all the information into your Job File. You can access all saved RAQ’s by going into “My Account” (upper-right of page), “Job Files”, select your Job File and then select “View RAQ’s”. RAQ’s will be saved in order of the “Publish Date”.
“View RAQ” – this option allows you to see the RAQ in the format that your suppliers see. On this page, you will have the following options:
“Edit” – Returns you to your RAQ to make changes.
“Save” – Places your RAQ in your Job File. . You can access all saved RAQ’s by going into “My Account” (upper-right of page), “Job Files”, choose a Job File and then select “View RAQ’s”. The RAQ’s will be listed by the “Publish Date”.
“Submit” – This option sends your RAQ to all the suppliers that you selected in your category. Once your RAQ has been sent, it is also saved in your Job File.
